Service description

RealBooster is an AI Visibility software-as-a-service for local businesses, providing audits, content generation, and visibility management across Google Search, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, and AI assistant platforms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of any business you represent.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law, including CASL or CAN-SPAM; (b) upload contact lists for which you do not have express or implied consent; (c) generate or distribute content that is defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or infringes intellectual property; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) misrepresent yourself or impersonate others; (f) use the Service to manipulate Google Business Profile reviews, ratings, or rankings in violation of Google's policies.

Customer responsibility for content

When you use RealBooster to send communications to your contacts, you are the sender of record and are responsible for compliance with all applicable anti-spam laws including CASL and CAN-SPAM. You must have express or implied consent from each recipient, maintain accurate sender identification, and retain proof of consent. RealBooster acts as a service provider.

Google Business Profile integration

If you authorize RealBooster to manage your Google Business Profile via OAuth, you remain solely responsible for the content and accuracy of your listing. You may revoke OAuth access at any time.

Payments and subscriptions

• Pricing is published on our pricing page. All amounts are in Canadian dollars unless stated.
• One-time products are charged at purchase.
• Subscription products are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If a deliverable fails three consecutive times due to our error, we refund the corresponding fee.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload and content you authorize us to generate on your behalf. We retain ownership of the Service, our templates, models, and underlying technology.

AI-generated content

RealBooster uses third-party AI models to generate content. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing, sending, or otherwise distributing it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, payment failure, or as required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
